We have a good QC team. We test every materials before we produce, and have strict police during producing. And we will test them after products complete, if every function and surface is good, then will pass and stamp. And before we final packing, we will test one by one again, if everything is fine, we will put warehouse stamp and then packing, sealed.
We provide 12 months warranty, if there is any bad functions or any dust inside, we can replace new ones, just need to keep the LCD well, no scratching or broken.
It is extremely rare to receive a damaged part because we quality test all of our parts before shipping them out.
However if you believe a part you ordered was damaged before you tried to install it, keep it in its’ original box and wrapping and contact us so that we may assist you.
If there is any RMA, could collect them to around 100pcs, then send back to us by EMS(China Post), we will check and test it once we received, and then replace reference new ones(which could replace) with new order.
1>* 6 months warranty but don't take responsibility for there situations as follows:
1. Man-made damage
2. Install damage
3. the product is already used
4. the product is broken(PS:the LCD broken、the glass broken、the flex broken、the main board broken ect.)
Ps: if the front cover are Scratched, buyer need to fill the market price to replace new one.
2>* Defective Goods Substitution Policy:
1. Only could exchange goods, do not refund the money.
2. Could exchange after seller received and tested the defective goods.
3. Buyer need to responsible the freight send back to Guangzhou for exchanging, seller need to responsible freight for RMA
